We booked a family room with a king-size six-foot bed, perfect for my parents. The front desk lady was so welcoming and helpful 😘. She took the initiative to help me with my luggage and brought it downstairs. The hotel also offers free parking, with ample spaces, perfect for road trips. 👍 The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from Daughter City, so you can drive there or just walk back after dinner. The environment is quiet and comfortable. Cleanliness: Every day when I went out and about, I came back to find the room cleaned. The towels were freshly changed daily, the mineral water was freshly replenished, the bed linen was made, and the trash was emptied. Amenities: The room even had a washing machine, and they provided two bags of laundry detergent daily. It was really nice. I've used a shared laundry room in other hotels, but this dedicated washing machine is fantastic. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel. Takeout can be delivered to your door, the room is spacious, and it's an excellent value for the price! 🌹

The breakfast is rich in variety, and the current meal tastes great; the underground garage is equipped with multiple charging piles, and the new energy car owner is super convenient. The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful and responds quickly. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the details were attentive. Ambiance: The hotel is brand new, featuring a charming courtyard that provides a distinct and atmospheric feel from day to night. It truly felt like a home away from home. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the powerful hairdryer and the excellent water pressure in the shower – a hot shower after a hike was pure bliss! Enjoying the fresh air on the balcony was also very relaxing. My only minor comment would be that the air conditioning's heating wasn't quite sufficient. Perhaps this is common for AC units in Enshi, but for colder days, underfloor heating would be much more effective. Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is fantastic! Free parking, new facilities, spacious and bright rooms, clean and comfortable bedding. We stayed for three nights and were very happy with the daily cleaning and tidying of the room. The front desk staff were very friendly and answered our questions enthusiastically. The room is clean and comfortable. You can see that the decoration materials are of high quality. The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine (later I found out that the lobby on the first floor also provides it with more styles). For a heavy coffee lover like me, it is simply too good. Friendly. The traffic jam was so severe when driving here during the National Day. I would like to thank the little girl at the hotel front desk who came out on an electric scooter to guide us from a small road into the city. I was deeply moved. There were traffic jams everywhere during the National Day trip. I believe the hotel is also at the peak of its full capacity. 1. The hotel currently has no elevator control, meaning anyone can access any floor. Security and privacy are substandard. 2. When showering, you basically have to shower for three minutes, then wait for the water to drain for three minutes, otherwise the water will flood. Let me describe in detail a real-life experience from a very disappointing Four Seasons brand: Around 12:22 AM, there was a knock on my door. It lasted half a minute, which was quite alarming at the middle of the night. I immediately called the front desk to check the hallway security cameras. The receptionist searched for five minutes, then said she was new and couldn't find it. She told housekeeping to patrol the building and check the cameras the next day. The next day, around 8:10 AM, they went to the front desk in person and showed me the security cameras. A woman in a short skirt knocked on my door, then continued to knock on other room doors. Considering the fact that the hotel currently has no elevator control, anyone can access any floor. Anyone who has stayed in a hotel will understand! However, the front desk couldn't give me an answer, simply saying they knocked on the wrong door. How could they knock on so many wrong doors? I left my phone number at check-in and told the hotel I was in a rush, asking them to call me back after the matter was resolved. However, I didn't receive any response from the hotel until I returned at 6:30 PM. It felt like the hotel didn't care at all! I went to the front desk again to inquire, but they were stunned and had no idea what was going on. ”Do I need to explain it again?” I asked. The front desk staff seemed to be lacking in training, and my initial communication with them was unsatisfactory. The manager claimed they had knocked on the wrong door and that the person was from another room. I then asked, ”Can you check the security footage to show me which room she was in? Which room did she enter?” The manager couldn't prove it. Finally, I went to my house with a gift and explained that the woman was a friend who'd made an appointment with someone in a different room and had knocked on my door by mistake. She never entered any rooms, only saying she was the one who'd made an appointment with someone who'd been drinking. Ultimately, she never entered the room. I can only say that the newly opened All Seasons Hotel has inadequate staff training. There's no elevator monitoring system, and there's absolutely no regard for security or privacy. They don't prioritize customer feedback, and customers always have to go to the front desk to negotiate. If this is a new hotel without elevator monitoring, then they've completely put the cart before the horse and ignored safety. So, let's just leave it at that. This experience is a complete letdown for the entire brand.

And if you prefer mahjong, they have a spot for that too. All leisure and entertainment needs are covered, ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable time for everyone in your group. 🌿 The courtyard is meticulously designed with beautifully arranged lush greenery. Sitting there, sipping tea (the tea set is exquisite and practical!), and enjoying the gentle breeze, all the travel fatigue just melted away. 🛏️ The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept like a baby!
