辦理入住手續時，發現訂錯時間的問題後，工作人員沒有絲毫的抱怨與急躁，而是和我耐心溝通，一起商討解決方案。在等待調整時間，還微笑着和周圍的人分享旅途趣事，瞬間驅散了可能出現的尷尬氛圍，讓大堂都洋溢着輕鬆愉悦的氣息。
進入房間後，儘管經歷了一點小波折，我對房間的衞生、設施配備讚不絕口，甚至還特意致電前台表揚我們的客房服務人員，説床鋪舒適、用品齊全，能看得出每一處細節都飽含着酒店的用心。
在後續的住宿期間，前台上班的工作人員每次碰面都會熱情地打招呼，家一般的感覺。讓我原本可能因訂錯時間引發的小麻煩，變成了一次充滿温情與歡樂的相遇。
