新賓館空調也是靜音，床舒適度很好，早餐也非常豐富，大廳的小哥哥服務非常熱情，提的東西還幫忙提東西，總之非常滿意，以後有機會還去入住。

非常滿意的一次入住。
設施：整體都很新，房間內智能馬桶、化粧鏡、自動窗簾、迷你吧等等一應俱全，樓下還有可以足療和健身的場所。晚上贈送歡迎水果都很用心。房間和餐廳的衞生也非常的乾淨。
服務：從前廳的小姐姐到餐廳的阿姨們，接觸過的服務人員都很細心、很仔細，熱情讓人感覺到很舒服。
位置：在恩施城區去哪裡都還挺方便的，入住也是免停車費。基本上是沒有什麼可以挑剔的了，希望恩施的酒店水平整體都能夠越來越高，回到恩施這是首選的酒店。
