開始接站沒弄好，感覺有點不太靠譜，但是後續服務，解決問題的態度都很不錯。房間乾淨整潔，智能化設施，很方便，早餐很豐富，味道也挺好。

酒店距離火車站很近，晚上還有接送服務，很方便～房間又大又好，還配了掛衣服的架子～早餐現煮的豆皮好吃～如果有咖啡就更好了～

在恩施住過三次不同的酒店，感覺金馬國際是最好的一家，走廊寬暢，房間很大，衞生間也大，設施合理，超前，服務熱情周到，早點也豐富多樣可口，而且價位也低，再來還住它家！

設施:酒店還是很新的，各個設施也不錯，有全套的智能傢俱唯一不好的就是淋浴房的水壓非常的差，那個淋浴噴頭噴出來，每一個噴頭的角度都不一樣，打在身上非常的難受。房間的電視衹能看機頂盒上面的東西不能投屏，所以想要看個電影的話就必須要買機頂盒上的會員，這個不是特別的方便。
早餐挺豐盛的，還有當地的特色豆皮可以嘗一下，挺好吃的

衞生:我們住的第一晚衞生間反胃有點嚴重，所以第二碗換了新房間之後就沒有問題了，因為是地毯地面不是非常乾淨，我覺得作為一個新酒店來説，地毯清潔的服務不是很到位
環境:這裏離火車站非常的近，還有免費的接送服務，有自己的停車場，有充電樁，有地下停車庫，總體來説還是非常方便的。雖然不在市中心，但是酒店一樓就有一個大排檔對面也有很多吃飯的地方，因為是總體來説不是一個很大的城市，所以即使是住在這裏去市區區各個景點都很近，而且這裏離火車站開車6分鐘離機場開車15分鐘，這個地理位置沒有什麼可挑剔的了。
服務:選這個酒店就是因為他免費的接送服務司機們都非常的熱情，熱心在路上給我們介紹各種景點，教我們旅行的攻略，全都不計回報，就是能和我們坐下來一起聊聊天，非常的熱情，讓我們感覺賓至如歸前台的小姐姐們也都非常的有禮貌，非常的貼心，他們坐在那裡都會給我們端茶倒水。平時車輛出入，如果忘記掃碼直接打一個電話給他們，他們也會幫安排的妥妥當當

房間很大，有停車場，衞生乾淨，全屋智能設備。
頂樓有洗衣機，烘乾機，晾衣架，陽台桌椅和健身房。
酒店早餐還可以，中式，就是有很多旅行團入住，人特別多。
整體來説比較推薦自駕入住。
