第一次入住，房間的燈、窗簾、空調都是智能的，全部可以直接語音，馬桶也是。住了以後遇到點小問題，需要幫忙連接手機投屏，客房大姐來的很快，不僅耐心説怎麼使用，還主動再教了一遍，態度好，很熱情。要退房時，前台美女問入住感覺體驗感，還推薦了本地特色小吃。
下次來一定還選這裏！

房間寬敞明亮，小度智能，網速很好電視投屏超級爽，在茶室體驗了一把泡茶，服務員小姐姐耐心的教我，無比感謝！吃了簡餐，便宜又爽口！地地道道的土家特色菜！離女兒城很近和朋友玩的超開心，推薦入住！下次去恩施還會住施州大酒店！

以這個價格能住到這樣的酒店，真心覺得物超所值！大廳寬敞明亮，還有免費茶飲。前台小妹熱情高效，客房大姐打掃認真負責，遇到都會主動問好。房間乾淨衞生是基礎，但這裏做得特別好，角角落落都清爽整潔，無異味，毛巾浴巾也潔白蓬鬆，衞生方面絕對放心。早餐體現了土家特色，當地小吃，冷熱葷素、主食甜點、飲品水果樣樣俱全，味道不錯，品質不敷衍。綜合服務、環境（乾淨）和餐飲（早餐）來看，絕對是同價位裏的佼佼者，下次來還會住！

朋友推薦説在酒店就能品嚐到真正有水準的本地特色菜，簡直是超值體驗。強烈推薦 “臘蹄子”味道純正，做法講究，連本地朋友嚐了都説好！天氣炎熱，也免去了出門覓食的煩惱！
停車場超級大，對於開車族太友好了！出入極其方便，省去了到處找車位的煩惱。還有配備掃碼繳費充電樁，操作簡單方便。
房間乾淨明亮，基本需求都照顧到了。健身房雖然不算大，但設備足夠滿足日常鍛鍊需求，維護得挺乾淨。服務人員態度親切。綜合來説，在這裏既能方便地品嚐地道美味（省時省力），停車無憂，住得也舒心，性價比很高！
