設施：設施齊全，一樓有餐廳，我們兩天的晚餐都懶得出去吃了，直接餐廳搞定，味道不錯。五樓有個大花園，飯後還可以溜達溜達。
衞生：整體可以，細節還有待加強。衞生間的牆面有污跡，床單也有污漬，幸好我們帶了隔臟被。
環境：離恩施大峽谷景區入口很近，客房的窗外就是大山，很美。我們自駕遊的提前一天到達，停車免費，住一晚第二天可避開人流早點進景點。
服務：前台人員很熱情。
大峽谷景區來回免費接送服務:這個很不錯，直接把我們送到入口，玩完了一個電話很快就來接我們回酒店。

老闆服務態度很好，去景區接送都很及時，我家那位手機隨手一放忘記放哪了以為丟了老闆也很積極幫忙找最終幫我們找到真的很感謝！另外房間的浴缸小朋友真的很喜歡，一直説最喜歡游泳啦哈哈哈😂，放點水讓她自己坐裏面玩很省事！真心推薦！
