五年前來恩施玩就是住的這家酒店，本次一如既往的好！早餐豐盛，床品舒適，還可以免費預約送高鐵站。去主要景點就在旁邊客運站買票，非常適合自由行，退房還有小禮品贈送，好評好評

酒店位置臨近商業區，交通方便，熱水，暖風，還有小禮物🎁，太開心了！
尤其前台姐姐熱情接待！我注意到她的工牌，她姓全，從一進門到退房到離開酒店幫忙寄存行李，叫車，周到，體貼，讓這次旅行增添了很多温暖，原來恩施是個人傑地靈的好地方，以後還會再來，我們還要住在這裏🙏

酒店人員服務很好，靠近火車站，離市區有點距離，酒店後有美食街，但是過年的幾天沒開門，找不到吃飯的地兒。酒店設施設備有點舊了。

超預期，設施好用，空調好用（從別的酒店換到這的）。位置離火車站相當近，酒店後面是民俗街，吃飯方便。酒店早餐也還不錯。
感謝前台小錢，有求必應，下班了也幫忙跟同事對接。感謝小黃送的拌手禮。
本來想住3天，因為下雨改了行程。下次來首選這裏。
