酒店位置很好，出行非常方便，也很安靜。每次旅行美好的記憶，總有一些温暖的細節。特別要感謝的是前台小錢美女，未出行時就開始向她諮詢相關事宜，酒店預訂出了問題很積極幫我解決了。入住時她休假，人不在崗服務卻24小時在線！不僅接站師傅提前幫我安排好，方方面面都給我很多幫助，貼心的服務無處不在，讓我的恩施之行對酒店的好感倍增。會大力推薦奧山雅閣！！！

酒店離火車站比較近，步行前去可從客運中心地下通道前往。酒店設施比較陳舊，晚上噪聲大，服務和衞生一般，邊上吃飯方便。

又續住三天，總共七天。要感謝歺廳工作人員熱情好客，早餐非常豐富，麪條現下，油條松香，現磨咖啡西點應有盡有，恩施小土豆，牛腩燒籮卜讓你吃了忘不了。晚餐點菜或套餐也讓你滿意，乾淨衞生用歺環境是旅遊中重要一環。所以再次感謝！臨離酒店還送上茶葉伴手禮。謝謝！
