因為忙着工作，差點忘記點評了，這酒店給我印象真不錯。因為是這次恩施行程的最後一站，所以訂在離高鐵站很近的五星酒店，沒想到還幫我升級了房間，太感動了。房間挺乾淨整潔，也寬敞。還能看到風景，真不錯，早餐也豐富，還免費有送站服務，無論是前台、餐廳，客房服務還是司機，個個態度都值得稱讚，讓人暖心，下次再來還是訂這間酒店。

酒店比較新，有些配套還在完善過程中，床品、衞浴比較乾淨，早餐品種一般，所有炒菜都放了辣椒，但好在咖啡味道還可以，總歸算是有的吃。

酒店服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，特別是12號早上退房的兩位前台小姐姐服務非常到位！外賣送來還有機器人送上去，，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，前台大廳樓梯下還有養魚的水池，房間內也讓人感覺温馨！下次還會入住！
