Pésima atención, tardan en responder mensajes, no entregan a la hora acordada, nada de coordinación, el lugar estaba sucio, las sabanas usadas sin lavar, los baños sucios tienen toallas en el baño que están igual o peor de sucias que el baño. Es un robo, dicen que te van a reembolsar y no lo hacen.

This place does not refund money for canceled reservations, even if it is canceled within the deadline set by the application where the online reservation is made... If you cancel, they steal your money!! I have sent many emails to the owners, I have sent them messages on WhatsApp and they only respond that the cancellation has already been processed. I made the reservation on August 14, it's now September 29 and I still haven't received my refund!! Apparently this family steals the money without any shame and never refunds it!!

Beautiful place has a lake, beds where comfortable and showers were great. Definitely recommend will come back
