Beautiful hotel in Valle!!
The state was great. We love this property. We’ve been here several times, but there’s always an issue with customer service at night.
We had issues with the Wi-Fi in the room. I try calling customer service through the app. WhatsApp this was the way we communicated with this property, but no one seem to answer until the next day around 10 AM.
Don’t get me wrong. I do think they need to work and their customer service, all this does not affect the overall experience that we had. It was amazing. We love the view and the room. I definitely recommend it.

We love going here to work with their guests. They go out of their way to help guests enjoy the Valle, and keep the place very clean and beautiful. We are there almost weekly to give Massage and Facials with the Valle Moble Spa Team. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful scene, very comfortable.
Great atmosphere, so far one of the best hotels in Valle. At the beginning. I was a little skeptical, but when I got to my room, I realized that I made a great decision by booking here, Beautiful view, Great staff. The Hotel is just beautiful

Vistas y ambiente natural, está muy céntrico dentro del Valle de Guadalupe. Muy buen servicio, las personas son muy amables. La habitaciones son privadas y con terrazas con vista hacia la naturaleza. Un lugar tranquilo confortable con chimeneas.

Una experiencia inolvidable en Valle de Guadalupe, recomendado. Excelente atención por parte del personal del hotel, excelente ubicación y habitaciones hermosas. El restaurante es bueno y delicioso, como sugerencia, le falta un anuncio grande. Muy lindos paisajes y maravillosa experiencia.
