Catalina Hotel é um novo conceito de hospedagem em Ubatuba, ficamos na suíte Enseada, com jacuzzi interna, o quarto super confortável, espaçoso e a vista linda para o mar! Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, oferece conforto e qualidade. A piscina aquecida e jacuzzi proporcionam momentos de puro relaxamento, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, e ainda fui surpreendida com opções veganas, tudo realmente incrível! Atendimento também excelente, parabéns a toda equipe!

Beautiful views from the hotel but difficult to get to the beach. From previous reviews we got the impression that they provided a shuttle service to the beach and provided a beach service. This is not the case. To get to the beach, you have to climb down a lot of steep steps and then along a rough concrete track. Going down is not too bad but going up is a killer. They don't provide any facilities on the beach. They said they have discontinued this service but will start it again (it didn't help us though). Overall though the hotel is lovely. Rooms are nice and comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helpful and spoke quite good English which helped us. The food was good and very reasonable price. The selection of wine available was poor. They had 3 types of rose wine on the menu. 1st night was told 1 type we wanted they didn't have, so had a different type. Later in the week they only had 1 type which was the most expensive one. They had 2 cheaper whites on the menu. After a couple of days they only had 1 type available. I would expect them to keep the full selection of wines available.

The hotel is rather lovely. Great spacious room. We had the best eve r dinner at the restaurant BUT there is a massive bit coming up…. The hotel didn’t tell us about the huge and exceptionally noisy environment due to extensive building work. It is utterly noisy and v uncomfortable. We had to leave the hotel
For the day in order to relax and enjoy. Totally unfair. We approached the reception team and they literally lied to be by saying it was just a last minute problem. They all

Was and is v expensive and yet we hate it due to the building work. Stay away until the work is completed or demand a discount. It is unfair that we pay for a service which is not being fully provided. For the team at *******, I expect more from you
Considering the huge amount of bookings I have made the past few months. You were supposed to take care of us all customers and those who were supposed to enjoy the Platinum status. This is not the case.
I am embarrassed on your and the hotel behalf.

La miglior scelta che potessimo fare per una sosta indimenticabile, nel nostro viaggio in Brasile dall’Italia. Un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La qualità del servizio, il panorama mozzafiato, la cura del dettaglio, l’attenzione e la cordialità uniti alla professionalità e al sorriso di ogni persona presente in struttura hanno davvero lasciato un segno indelebile nella nostra memoria. Bravissimi davvero! Continuate così! La permanenza ha superato le nostre aspettative. La suite con idromassaggio, l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità sono state la perfetta cornice di un relax che ci ha lasciati senza parole davvero. Cucina buonissima, cocktail perfetti. COCCOLE ED EMOZIONI.
