The receptionists were impressive: welcoming, professional and very helpful.
This is our second stay at this hotel and I recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, attractive, convenient and reasonably priced lodging. The decor is fabulous and the staff are extraordinary.
I know that we will return on our next trip to Ireland.

The room was clean and we found everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pub at the ground floor was wonderful. We had dinner there and truly enjoyed the location and the food. The staff is helpful and cares that guests enjoy their stay. I also suggest to visit the pubs nearby to appreciate the Irish music and the magical atmosphere.

I arrived at the hotel on 11/1/2024 for one night. The first thing that happened was the room key did not work. I immediately went to the front desk and it was taken care of. When I went to bathe I could not turn on the cold water faucet so a person from housekeeping came to help. I contacted the front desk to inquire about the exercise room and was told they did not have one. The room had a single bed and a double bed which I found strange. The room was clean and comfortable and I slept well

The interior is attractive and bright. Everyone on the staff, which included the front desk, restaurant employees, and housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of hot and cold choices for breakfast. One night I dined in the restaurant and had the Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding. It was delicious. The hotel is just off O'Connell Street and the shopping area. There is a free guest parking lot in front of the hotel and they will give you a metal disk to raise the barrier bar, for when you leave the parking area. Their parking lot is adjacent to the Pay and Display parking area so you need make you that you are parking in their lot.
