They need to improve the sports bar Open more restaurants when it's busy Always run out ice, beer and certain alcohol by the beach and pool bar

My husband and I had a fantastic staycation at the newly opened Royalton Chic. The property was beautifully renovated with excellent guest areas all set on an excellent white sand beach. The young staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Service standards were above average. The food at all restaurants was of a premium standard. We were particularly pleased with the fabulous Caribbean cuisine this was a superb treat.

START WITH THE POSITIVES: THE RESORT IS LOVELY, CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LOCATATION. BEECH IS AMAZING, ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND NICE. STAFF WERE ALL PLEASTANT. NEGATATIVES: DRINKS WERE CONSTANTLY RUNNING OUT AT BARS, BASIC STUFF LIKE MIXERS FOR DRINKS AND COCTAILS. CANNED BEER NEVER AVAILABLE. POOLBAR WAS A BATTLE TO FIND A DRINK TO WHICH THEY HAD INGREDIANTS FOR. RESTAURANTS WERE NOT ALWAYS OPEN. NEVER BEEN TO AN ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL WHERE THE BUFFET WAS SHUT!!! THIS CAUSED TOO MANY PEOPLE IN THE COUPLE OF SPECIALITIY RESTURANTS THAT WERE OPEN. HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR FOOD IN THE STEAK HOUSE ONE EVEN. THEY THEN TOLD US AFTER WE CHASED OUR FOOD THAT THE ITEMS THEN OREDERED WHERE NOT AVAILABLE AND WE HAD TO START AGAIN!! MANY ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE MENU. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AS STATED BUT HAD TO CONSTANTLY ASK FOR TOP UP OF BASICS LIKE TOWELS, COFFEE, TEA AND SUGAR. LOVELY RESORT BUT LACKS MANAGEMENT OF THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS. STAFF TRY THERE BEST BUT AFTER A FEW DAYS, PLEASANT STAFF DO NOT CUT IT. OVERALL WOULD NOT RETURN UNLESS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT DONE.

Me and my girlfriends had a blast here in Antigua more so with Antonio our fitness instructor in the pool, we had a blast. He had us moving our body and working a little things we didn’t know we needed to work through the water aerobics. Did a great job with us and we look forward when we come back again on our next girls trip. Kalique We also had a ball with Kalique who had some games for us to play and guess what I won the game 70 points!!! She did a great job great energy. We had great fun.

The class is fun and challenging. Nice group of people to social and workout with. Nicholas hosting the class which made it enjoyable. My brother joined in the class with me and it was a good alternative to the gym. I also love the entertainment

First night appetizers at Pescari with the most amazing staff they treated us like royalty : Rae-Hannah, Joseph, Jadin and Sasha . Rae-Hannah made our birthday night extra special with superb service and attention to detail. The music was perfect and the ocean view spectacular !

A group of us (102 adults) stayed here in August and had a ball. Yes, there were some hiccups, but overall we had an awesome time. The staff try their best to accommodate us and made sure we were having a great time. Friendly people. I would definitely go again. The beach is beautiful. I would say yes to diamond club service. I highly recommended.

Did aquafit with Nicholas in the main pool every day, was a great start to the day. Class was fun and engaging and suitable for all fitness levels. I felt comfortable joining in and the class was slightly different every day which kept it fun. Would definitely recommend giving it a go.
