Very bad experience. It is an airbnb apartment, with contactless check-in. After booking confirmation on trip.com, no one provided any instructions, not even floor number / room number / host details / check in instructions. We patiently waited for further instructions, until in the morning on the day of check-in, still no one contacted us. I finally managed to get the contact details of the host from Interhome, which is the property managing office, just because I am lucky enough to have booked another apartment from Interhome in another city. Otherwise I wouldn't have anyone to ask!
Trip.com's messaging function is only AI, can't reach the host as well. Really disappointed.
When I finally got in touch with the host, she only told me how to pick up keys, which room to stay in, where to park my car.
Laundry is outside of the room, no info was provided, not the laundry room location / how to connect the washings to power. I had to knock my neighbour's doors to ask for help because the host didn't reply me in time.
The fridge was not turned on. Again, no one told us.
