Premier Inn London Southgate

Good location in London, parking good, restaurant nice food, fairly quick service, good comfortable, staff helpful, good service. Near tube station. Great value. I don't know what else to write but trip advisor says I have to write 200 words!

Great and fantastic hotel. Stayed here again, staff are really lovely and helpfull. Rooms are great ideal for a quick over night stay. The bedding is amazing and very comfortable. Good value for food and drinks. Great service overall, and a very clean hotel

Stayed just for the night to attend an event nearby. Arrived approximately 5pm and there was only one member of staff on shift. She was nice but could tell she was a bit demoralised which is to be expected. Bar and restaurant was not open as far as we could see (weren’t eating there). Assume due to lack of staff. Both check-in screens were out of order - Call for Assistance buttons broken. One lift out of order. The other not working efficiently and closed on my husband, squeezing him in the doors before opening again so assume sensors aren’t working properly. Quite dangerous. Had to request to switch rooms as first one stank of cigarettes and air freshener. Fortunately we were able to change room. A bit annoying going up and down from rooms to reception after a long journey. Then we were told we could only have 1 key card as there weren’t enough. We did get another later. Second room was nice and clean, aircon worked, bed was comfortable. Parking is next to the hotel and cost £10 for the night. Was able to park up outside to front to drop off luggage first. Hotel location is good as shops and restaurants very close, within walking distance. Did find the rooms at this Premiere inn better than the New London Southgate Premiere inn nearby which seems to have an issue with smelly drains or aircon on last 2 visits last yr.

Fantastic hotel, great staff. Laylee in r3ception was amazing. And cheff in the kitchen anil and lazslo was amazing. Overall nice and clean hotel. Corridors felt abit cold but the weather outside was not nice. Lovely options for breakfast and dinner

Lovely weekend at premier inn southgate hotel. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to public transport and local attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was nice and clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend London Southgate for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in London."

The room was ok, the childrens bed were not real beds and they were very unconfurtable. The cleaning was not like they say in advertising, they only went 1 time and only change towels and i asked several times! The breakfast is good, the cook was hard worker and very good.
