We recently stayed at Premier Inn London Enfield and while the hospitality from some of the staff was genuinely appreciated, the overall condition of the room particularly the bathroom left us disappointed. Yasin, the front desk manager, was welcoming, calm, and professional throughout our stay. Mihaela, the cleaner, deserves special recognition for her kindness and her effort to make our room comfortable despite the challenges she clearly faced. Their commitment truly stood out. However, the bathroom was in poor condition. There were signs of water damage, mould along the floor edges, rusted metal fixtures, and rushed paintwork. These issues affected the overall sense of hygiene and comfort. Breakfast also lacked variety, with very few alternative options for those with dietary preferences or needs. With some attention to maintenance and a more inclusive breakfast offering, this hotel has the potential to offer a much more pleasant experience.
