An ideal place to stay as a couple. We got a small studio room that has its own bathroom. Kitchen utensils microwave, toaster, kettle, a mini refrigerator and all the dishes to heat any meal. They also leave you a gift of coffee, tea and even some rolls, cereal bars and slices of bread in the fridge. The train station is about 5 minutes walk to go to London city, it takes about 35 minutes. Many restaurants and even a supermarket nearby. Without a doubt we would not stay at the place again.

A very different bed and breakfast experience. No staff present at the accommodation, all directions given by text message. You are given the code for a key safe in the front porch to obtain a key to the front door. You are then given a code for the combination lock on your individual bedroom door [one of four in the house]. My cousin joined us for 2 of our 4 nights, in the adjacent room, as she was helping us to clear the rubbish from my stepfather's house, prior to his funeral. There was an en-suite which was compact but clean, including an electric shower, but the washbasin was very tiny. The original house bathroom and toilet are still off the landing for anyone wishing to take a bath. There is crockery and cutlery for two people together with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is milk and fruit juices in the fridge, together with bread [wrapped in cling film] for breakfast (only basic white bread was provided]. The TV worked well and the bed was comfortable, we were not troubled by any traffic noise from the main road outside despite our room being the upstairs front bay. Our main gripe was that there was only one bedside table so we had to use the tray table, which had all the tea and cereal for breakfast on it, as a second bedside table, to accommodate a night time drink of water etc. There was ample parking for 4 cars in the back garden accessed by a rear alleyway off a side road. This parking was fully paved and covered by a PIR security light. The property is only a stone's throw from Enfield Town Centre with all its links into London if required.

We let ourselves be carried away by the hotel's website and the truth is that it was a more than right choice. You could say that it is a studio, in the same room the bed, a small bathroom and a corner with a small kitchen space with a microwave, kettle, toaster, sink and space to eat food. A complete set of dishes for 2 people. They replenished breakfast products for two every day, including slices of bread, chocolate rolls, cereals, juice, coffee, chocolate, teas, etc. They asked if we wanted cleaning in the room, we asked them to only pick up the trash each day and they did. The location is 5 minutes from the train station that goes into central London and there are many places to eat nearby, as well as a very large Tesco. The distance to London is about 20 minutes, depending on where you want to go. For us it was a more than pleasant experience. We would repeat without a doubt.

An absolutely disgrace. Didn’t even have soap to wash our hands. We were rudely waken at 2:00 in the morning by a continuous knock on our door from the woman staying in the room beside us, the furniture was shabby and the bed linen was soiled and stained. The room was dusty. The walls were paper thin. Advice everyone to keep away from this place. It was cheap for a reason. Absolutely disgusting place.

I booked this property because of it's price and location but I soon found out why it was cheap. The room was very small with a shabby wardrobe and a small uncomfortable double bed. The bed linen was soiled and the room smelt musty. The walls are paper thin. I had a problem with the guest in the room next door shouting but the owner didn't take my complaint serious. We didn't get any sleep and ended up moving to a decent hotel. We only stayed one night of the three we had booked. Avoid this place at all costs. Worth spending just a little extra on something decent. If I could award a zero rating I would

We stayed 1 night for a 60th birthday party and travelled over 3 hours over Easter. Upon arrival the room looked ok? but on a closer look the room was so dirty. I can not believe how filthy the room was there was a lot of black hair in the bedroom and bathroom. The bath mat in the shower was black we removed it from the shower. Every wear was so dirty . This needs to be sorted out for other guests. It looked like no one had stayed in the room looking at all the dust and and dirt around the room. Never stayed any wear like this before in my life. Sorry will not recommend this property to anyone so disappointed.

Barely adequate. This is not a b&b but is a terraced house converted into apartments at obvious minimum expense. The rooms are cramped with little space to even get through the front door and the combination quiz of obtaining entrance is very confusing. To top it off, the brochure gives an history of Enfield. Trouble is, that history is of Enfield in New York! Very overpriced and won't be back.
