I arrived late after 11pm. I booked a double bedroom at 1st floor but surprisingly I had been given free upgrade to a bigger family room.
the staff on night swift was very kind who had lent me the internet usb socket that was really helpful while I was trying to connect to internet at midnight.

The room itself was nice . However , the hotwater took ages to warm up, which was annoying and a waste of a lot of water each time. The location is on the main road into the city about 15 minutes north. We travelled through peak hour every day and it wasn't hard to get to and from the city. We also travelled to Hahndorf and the barossa Valley and found it easier enough as well.

Booked 3 rooms in early December 2024 and requested rooms to be together. I was assured by staff that this was possible and in place. When we turned up in April, rooms were not together and could not be arranged, which was very disappointing. Also advised that bathroom door needed to be closed when showering as alarms may be set off and guest would be responsible for fire dept call out fee. Surely, this is a maintenance issue, and management needs to address this problem or pay the fee themselves. Not everyone likes being in small, closed in areas. Rooms were clean and staff polite

We had the executive suite out the back of the property. Unfortunately it was very noisy with the main road traffic and commings and goings of guests all hours.
The hot water system seems to be all linked therefor the shower temperature was either cold or scoulding hot.
The room however was lovely and clean bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.

I stayed in room 14 and although it was clean enough the shower pressure was deplorable and the outside light was on all night which meant the room was like daylight all night. Room I booked did not reflect the pictured room. For $160 definitely needs improvement
