Bon hotel
Séjour absolument pas prévu mais franchement bien accueilli,
Sur place, gel douche, shampooing, brosse a dent, kit de rasage, bouteille d’eau a disposition.
Hôtel propre.
Seul bémol, parking payant (15€ la nuit)
Sinon rien a redire.

Habitaciones muy limpias. Lo mejor las cenas y desayunos. El buffet era sencillo pero muy bien cocinado. Todo lo que probé estaba muy bien hecho y muy rico. Personal del comedor muy atentos, amables y serviciales. Repetiremos seguro. Muchas gracias!!!

Primera vez que me quedo en Escaldes cuando voy a esquiar y la verdad que me gustó mucho el hotel. Habitacion perfecta. Baño amplio. Tienen parking de pago (15€ por noche), guarda esquís y están a 5 minutos de la zona comercial de Andorra la Vella.

El hotel está muy bien. Todo reformado y moderno. El personal es muy amable. El problema es que coincidimos con grupos escolares y no paraban de hacer ruido por los pasillos. No fue demasiado agradable. No había mucha tranquilidad. Estaría bien avisar.

Coincidí con varios colegios y a partir de ahí fue muy incómodo. Niños salvajes son n casi control. Tuve que pedir que bajaran la calefacción. Era una sauna. El desayuno bien. La cena cara y mala.

La recepción ha sido un desastre: no nos dieron cama grande como solicitamos por adelantado, no nos dieron guardaski hasta el cuarto día y no solucionaron los problemas. Había muchísimo polvo en la habitación. Las almohadas malísimas. Estoy muy descontenta. Sin embargo, el servicio de hostelería, fue muy bueno.

personal muy amable la comida de la cena muy buena el desayuno poca cosa para desayunar las habitaciones cómodas lo k mucha calor en las habitaciones y no podíamos regular la calefacción y pasemos mucha calor.
