Las zonas comunes están mejor conservadas que la habitación porque el mobiliario está desfasado, el baño es viejo, pequeño y tiene poca iluminación, las camas excesivamente blandas. Desde mi punto de vista y experiencia en alojamiento en otros hoteles no se corresponde con un 4 estrellas.

Solo hicimos noche sin comidas por tanto solo podemos valorar habitaciones, recepción y piscina. La recepción y checkin muy correcta con personal muy amable. Vamos con cochecito de bebé. Nos alojan al bloque 3 el cual hay que bajar unas 5 escaleras para coger el ascensor. Esto ya complica el tema para gente con problemas de movilidad en nuestro caso, cargamos el cochecito y para abajo. Llegamos al ascensor que casi ni cabía el cochecito de lo pequeño que era. La habitación en general y su mobiliario anticuado y falto de mantenimiento. El mando de la tele ni funcionaba y la tele no recibía bien los canales (funcionando manualmente directo a la tele). Telarañas en las ventanas y un bocadillo en la repisa de la ventana de vez a saber cuando tiempo. Jabones vacíos en la ducha. La piscina correcta, fría pero correcta y un bonito entorno en general. Resumiendo, por el precio pagado seria correcto para un hotel de 4 estrellas pero este por sus condiciones, le falta un lavado de cara.

It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area.
Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out.

Muy buen hotel para esquiar en Grandvalira, su infraestructura es sencilla pero suficiente para esquiadores, personal super amable y buen desayuno. El funibus que va al Funicamp se toma a 10 metros de la entrada al hotel y es gratuito, y llegas en menos de 10 minutos. En cuanto a mejoras mencionaria insonorización y pisos, el resto muy bien. Lo recomiendo si buscan hotel para esquiar y sin pretensiones.

Estancia agradable. Todo el personal muy amable y siempre a tu disposición. Tanto en el desayuno como la cena opciones sin gluten y pan reciente. Ideal para eskiadores ya que tienes el autobús gratuito que va al funicular en la puerta del hotel.
