I stayed in this hotel twice in the last couple of years and both times had a wonderful experience, The rooms were spacious, clean and the staff was warm and accommodating from check in to check out. The breakfast was fantastic and the view from the rooms is unbeatable.

Great hotel right on Sea of Galilee. Beautiful grounds, incredible food, 24 hour gym. Coffee could be better only major wish is they’d pick up the trash by the sea. It’s not a lot but strange they don’t. Service was decent, rooms had private pool but were very strangely shallow. All in all recommended

wonderful the reception cast are realy polite and friendly The food is amazing adn delicious I was in love with the receptionist manager Linoy And another manager name is Eli I can’t describe the feeling that i felt with only words You got to visit the place to know what i talk about Dina i love you her smile owns the place ❤️

We were so excited to come spend a night here with the kids ,but we’re disappointed right away, checking in is supposed to feel welcoming , it felt like they were doing us a favor by giving us a room wich I thought was disgusting… there was mold all around the tub, I felt like I was in a upperclass homeless shelter…. They forgot to fill up the mini fridge , we called up room service , they sent 2 complimentary HOT coke cans …. My husband had to go walk around to find a cold drink… this is not what we expected at all , whoever is doing their social media should be sued for lying

The location and property is beautiful! But wow ! I am still in shock to have paid 500$ a night for this! We went with my family to celebrate my birthday but I was so disappointed that I wanted to leave earlier But they refused to give us a refund. The service is non existent - the managers are sitting all together drinking coffee all day. When you ask to speak with one they just say he is not yet in the hotel but you see him having breakfast with his friends. The rooms are so old, everything is broken, the pillows and mattress are not comfortable. The pool is dirty and rusty. There is electricity hazard, some cables were just sticking out. The garden is not well maintain. There is trash all over, broker glasses…. And the list is sooooo long. Please avoid this hotel ! It is a waste of money ! The only positive point is the food- we had Friday shabbat buffet, and it was really really tasty. However, the service was bad, they were not clearing our dishes while finishing…

Nice hotel. Gorgeous setting. Needs freshening up and lots of landscaping. A rough jewel in the area. The Setai company should really invest in this property. It has potential to be a stunning resort. The staff was great and the physical plant, with some small upgrades and modernization would be great. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice.

Hôtel sale, personnel en dessous de tout, la désorganisation totale. L’homme invisible existe, il s’agit de Shai Remo, le directeur de cette horrible chantier, le personnel n’a aucun respect pour les client, si ce n’est une jeune stagiaire, Galeed, désolé de la situation à la réception, la saleté est élevé au rang le plus haut , aucun contrôle, I une hygiène, le directeur refuse de rencontrer les clients mécontents. Il se cache ou n’existe pas ? 4 heures d’attente pour avoir sa chambre, même pas faite, des couches d’enfants usagés traînent dans la chambre, le personnel est lamentable et traitent mal les clients. La salle du petit déjeuner est justement très sale ! Monsieur Remo faites un autre métier !!! Quant à Monsieur Joe Nakash il devrait retirer le nom de Setai de cet immondice tant il nuit à la réputation du Setai Miami et de celui de Tel-Aviv dont le service et la propreté sont impeccables. A fuir !

Un hôtel crade, vétuste avec un personnel incompétent qui n’est absolument pas au service du client. Nous venons d’arriver pour 2 nuits dans cet hôtel en famille et ce n'est absolument pas digne d’un hôtel luxe de cette renommée avec le nom « Setai » A peine arrivés à la réception, le comptoir est extrêmement crade, il y a une rainure avec un amas de poussières et de saletés hallucinant !!! La chambre est sale, vétuste….le socle de la table de nuit est tout rouillé, le canapé taché, le carrelage de la salle de bain cassé, piscine privée crade... la liste est encore très longue…. Je fais un room service, le serveur m’apporte un plateau de fruits sans couvert ni serviette… Enfin, après le dîner on prend une voiturette pour rentrer à notre maisonnette et le chauffeur nous demande de nous taire car on le dérange en pleine conversation personnelle sur son portable !!!!!….puis il s’arrête au milieu de la course et nous fait attendre au point que nous avons du descendre à pieds pour rentrer à notre chambre. Seul point positif : le buffet en demi pension était varié et correct….mais toujours avec un sens du service client pitoyable !!!! Bilan de cette 1ere journée: j'hallucine, on a l'impression que les employés sont en vacances ....que nous avons payé cher pour un hôtel tombé en désuétude et n'osez surtout pas dire quelque chose aux employés on a vraiment le sentiment de les déranger.... Un conseil : ne venez surtout pas au Setai of Galilee
