La résidence est proche de la mer (c’est peut-être un des seuls avantages) ! En revanche cette dernière date des années 70 et n’est pas du tout insonorisée ! Vous entendez le voisin prendre sa douche que ce soit à côté ou au-dessous de vous…, c’est insupportable et les lits sont inconfortables, on a l’impression de dormir sur une planche de bois et non sur un matelas ! Enfin la cuisine est équipée de minimum vital !

Si vous cherchez pas de calme , louer ici !
Trois premiers jours d’enfers notre appartement était au milieu d’appartements loués à une colonie d’ados ingérables .
Après le changement obligé d’appartement les quatre derniers jours ont été plus calme.
Trop forte concentration d’appartements dans cette résidence mal isolée phoniquement

Bon séjour, personnel charmant, juste un inconvénient : l'isolation phonique est quasi inexistante rendant l'appartement bruyant car entendant tout ce qui se passe dans les autres appartements.

Bastante bien.
Magnificamente ubicado. A un paso de la playa y con piscinas perfectamente mantenidas, así como el césped.
En el mantenimiento del apartamento, se contempla hacer las camas diariamente y retirar las bolsas de basura (cocina y baño).
Era tal la prisa que parecía tener la señora de la limpieza que optamos por que se llevara las bolsas de basura solamente.
Tampoco nos importaba mucho hacer nuestras camas.
El mobiliario está un poco anticuado.
Los asientos de paja de las sillas de madera estaban bastante deteriorados.
Pero en conjunto no está mal. Y sobre todo la zona es estupenda, tranquila y agradable.
