The hotel is next to a zoo, and it is above a supermarket so it is quite convenient, there is a big parking lot at the front but it is not free. The room is clean and spacious. It is simple but comfortable for a simple stay. I did not get to try to facilities but it looks like their breakfast is quite expensive. Nonetheless, we were there for business and it suits the purpose.

Het inchecken verliep vlot en vriendelijk. De hotelkamer was schoon en ruim, wat we erg prettig vonden. Helaas viel het restaurant tegen. Het eten was weinig smaakvol en in de kinderpasta troffen we een stukje afgebroken porselein aan. Gelukkig is ons kind hier niet door gewond geraakt. De reactie van het personeel was beperkt tot een kleine verontschuldiging en de opmerking dat het “niet met opzet” was gebeurd. We hadden in deze situatie wel wat meer klantgerichtheid en service verwacht. Jammer, want de rest van het verblijf was verder prima.

We hebben onlangs gegeten bij dit restaurant en zijn ontzettend tevreden over de hele ervaring. De service was werkelijk uitmuntend – vriendelijk, attent en met oog voor detail. Het personeel deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken, zonder opdringerig te zijn. De kwaliteit van het eten was uitstekend. Alles was vers, goed bereid en met zorg gepresenteerd. Je merkt dat er veel aandacht wordt besteed aan zowel de smaak als de uitstraling van de gerechten.

Personeel doet heel druk, zeggen ook dat het druk is, maar amper 60% van de tafels was bezet. Maar ze hebben duidelijk geen gevoel voor horeca. Eten is matig en wordt op smaak gebracht met sausjes. Geen aanrader.
