Driving across Canada, This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was very clean—from the lobby to the room. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. The staff were warm, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

The cleanliness of the room was substandard. Key cards functioned on and off throughout the stay. Strict no shoe(gross) no beverage policy in effect on the pool deck. Pool staff appeared very unapproachable. Best thing about the place was the location and the breakfast wasn’t half bad.

I do not have anything good to say about this place. The hotel staff are untrained and will not discuss anything with you until you have left the hotel and already home. They will just charge you for whatever they feel like is necessary. The communication is very poor and be careful about random charges. They charged me 222 without my consent. And to try and get a real answer from them is a nightmare. They just ignore and beat around the bush.

We booked our child’s birthday here. There is no life guard and they charge $25/parent who wishes to stay and watch their child and not swim. A real money grab. The staff were very rude and rolled their eyes when we wanted an explanation on their policy. The room was also dirty and the floors were stained. Would definitely not recommend.
