Both rooms have a King bed with large smart tv and peaked ceilings. There is a guest bath between the bedrooms with tub/shower combo. The bonus room on the lower level has a queen sleeper sofa, a twin bunk bed for kids with a 300 lb limit and its own guest bath, ceiling fan and smart tv. Additional Amenities:The laundry room is on the lower level and 2 car garage with kayak and beach gear. The screened in porch is off of the kitchen and dining area with outdoor table and chairs to dine outside, grill and seating to read and relax. The back yard is fully fenced in and can be accessed from the back porches, the driveway gate and from the garage access door. The Beach:The beach walk is super easy as once you get to the top of the driveway you go over to the right to the first street and straight down 2 blocks to the public beach access, The walk is about 5-6 min comfortably. The shops, grocery store and restaurants and more:The shops and restaurants are all within a 3-5 min drive down the street. Super convenient for anything you may need, both Publix and Food Lion are in the same plaza along with ABC liquor, the book store, the pizza shop and coffee shop. The flip flop donut shop is down the street as well as all the great eateries: Village Deli, Trading Post, Caribsea, Snapperz, The Growler, The fish hut and more! Along with Walgreens, Wings, and Ace Harware. Everything you could want is right around the corner.
