I booked two rooms, and the hair dryers in both rooms were broken and could not be used. The bed in one of the rooms was broken in the middle, with two big holes, making it impossible to lie flat and rest. At 11 or 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, someone was making bang-dong-dong-dong noises upstairs. How could anyone rest? I still had to drive the next day.
