Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel und Restaurant mit einem Rollstuhl. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugewandt. Das barrierefreie Zimmer war für meinen Eindruck riesig und wunderbar geeignet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen, insbesondere das Bad bewies, daß man schon mal in der entsprechenden DIN gelesen hatte, etwas was man in vielen Hotels vermißt. Das Frühstück war exorbitant lecker und hob an jedem Morgen unsere Stimmung. Sonderwünsche wurden gerne erfüllt, als wäre alles selbstverständlich. Dieses Hais ist unbedingt zu empfehlen und wenn es nicht über 5 Autobahnstunden entfernt liegen würde, hätte ich am liebsten gleich wieder gebucht.

Bestuhlung im Restaurant ist schlimm, da die Sitze verdreckt sind. Sie wurden zwar vom Personal abgebürstet, aber die Polster bedürfen dringend einer Spezialreinigung.
Für Begrüßung und Verabschiedung von Gästen könnte eine Nachschulung ratsam sein! Die Rezeption ist der erste und letzte Eindruck des Hauses.
