I enjoyed my stay at the hotel .Wow !nice experience clean and serene enviroment .Good staff.Can,t wait to visit there with my family had visited as a group .The food was delicious and yummy.Rooms were very spacious, hall was beautiful.A place to be !!

The rooms were ever clean and spacious, good customer service, the swimming pool, bonfire,tasty meals, the attendants were very much friendly. The evergreen gardens were very much attractive and well maintained. Security was also good

The location of the hotel is very owk.... easily seen from the Nairobi meru highway has a clean environment..... spacious and event's can be held in there ....the hotel is also under high security.......thank you for your services.........

The lady that answered this customer care line today, 7th of March 2023; +254712781810, at around midday, is extremely rude and does not understand simple instructions. She even went to the extent of blatantly lying, rudely cutting my call off and putting me on hold when asked to speak to anyone else because of poor communication. Too bad I didn't catch her name. I however, was able to get good service from this number 0712277724. I am on my way there. I hope to have a pleasant stay.

Old Colonial style hotel more 2 star than 3 star. Bedrooms need a major re-furbishment as they look like they haven't been updated since independence in 1962. Great surroundings. Very Friendly and pleasant staff

If nothing else, order yourself your choice of coffee. The coffee is GREAT. Next, especially if you like things a little hot, order yourself a quesadilla. Their pizzas are a delight. And if it’s a cold evening, you will struggle to get yourself away from the fireplace. Next door is a fairly busy bar and the patrons look contented. Outside is a really green garden with spread out tables. On sunny afternoon, you’d love to be under those garden umbrellas. If you are ever in transit from Nairobi to Meru and beyond through Embu, take your journey break at Izaak’s. You won’t regret it.
