Tive uma experiência extremamente agradável e pretendo voltar no ano novo. Comemorei 10 anos de casamento no último dia 6 de setembro e quando chegamos no quarto tinha uns docinhos e uma cartinha. Achei esse cuidado muito fofo e cativante. O hotel é grande e é claro que precisa de reforma, como é o caso da copa do bebê, brinquedoteca e sala de jogos (o air game, q máquina de basquete não estavam funcionando). Sei que tinha boliche antigamente mas quando fomos estava com tapume. Outro ponto importante são as piscinas, a de fora é realmente muito gelada e vale climatizar pra experiência ser mais agradável já a de dentro é uma delícia, nós amamos. Sobre a piscina de fora acredito que seja muito válido para o hotel colocar um brinquedo para as crianças com tobogã pequeno, eles iriam amar. Essas melhorias vão valorizar demais ali, os quartos também precisam de uma reforma. Nós gostamos muito do ambiente, do clima, do atendimento e achamos que o hotel tem grande potencial. A comida é excelente mas vale colocar também opções para quem é diabético e tem problemas com lactose. Resumindo são só melhorias para deixar o hotel top porque nós gostamos de verdade e vamos voltar.
