Nach vier Aufenthalten kann ich dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Das Personal ist fast ausschließlich herzlich, freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und zwar in allen Bereichen. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Wenn man mit etwas Hilfe braucht oder unzufrieden ist, wird sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht. Das Essen lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig, egal welcher Ernährung man nachgeht. Getränkepreise sind fair und zeitgemäß vergleichbar. Der Spa-Bereich und der Fitnessraum sind nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend. Es gibt soviele Anwendungen zur Auswahl, es ist für jeden etwas dabei und ich habe mich hier sehr gut durchgetestet. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern, der eigene Balkon ist Gold wert. Eine 100% Weiterempfehlung, wir/ich werden wiederkommen.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, wenn auch etwas beengt. Bin mir allerdings nicht sicher, ob wir auch das Gebuchte Zimmer hatten. Das Bad war nämlich sehr klein und eng. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, wenn auch etwas stark gewürzt. Auch mein Rumpsteak war nicht wie ausdrücklich bestellt, englisch, sondern durch. Das sollte nicht passieren. Als Alternative habe ich dann eine Scheibe Roastbeef bekommen. Das war Sous-Vide gegart und auf den Punkt. Aber halt kein Rumpsteak. Der Wellness Bereich ist ok. Besonders die Panorama Sauna. Obwohl die leider keine 90 Grad hatte. Alles in allem, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Le site est superbe, le personnel super extra sympa et accueillant, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuse. Cependant au vu du tarif, il n'y a pas de piscine extérieure et nous y étions en pleine canicule c'est bien dommage. la piscine intérieure très petite ne m'a pas donné envie de m'y baigner. Le petit déjeuner est bien sans plus. le repas du soir est excellent avec deux choix possibles, gros mangeurs passez votre chemin pour notre part en marchant toute la journée nous avions tres faim le soir, de plus il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir choisir un plat à la carte si les deux choix ne conviennent pas, ce fut mon cas pour un simple dessert j'ai demandé si il etait possible d'avoir autre chose, on m'a répondu non catégoriquement. Nous avons payé plus de 1000€ en tout avec les extras pour juste 2 nuits, il aurait été appréciable d'avoir un peu plus de choix Personne ne parle français Pas de collation possible à 16h bref à ce tarif nous n'y retournerons pas

We would give this a 6 out of 5 if we could. A fabulous hotel in the most beautiful location. The staff could not do enough for us. It was spotlessly clean, good size room with a lot of storage. We were on a half board basis and the food every day was clean and freshly prepared. I am a coeliac and the whole team couldn’t do enough for me. I am so grateful to be eating in a safe environment. We bought our bikes with us and the hotel had secure storage available with all the tools we could possibly need. Thank you for making our holiday so fabulous and chilled.

We booked this hotel as a stopover en route to the Austrian Alps. We wished we could have stayed longer to fully appreciate the place. Staff were super friendly, food was delicious and healthy, the room was HUGE, quiet and the bed gave us a superb night's sleep ready for our onward journey. We were also able to charge our EV there. Great find.

Wit brachten ein entspanntes Wochenende im Elzland Hotel Pfauen. Der Sevice stimmte und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber. Der Wellnessbereich könnte ein bisschen grösser sein, insbesondere der Liegebereich. Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Abendessen war beide Abende sehr gut. Unsere bestelltes Lunchpaket zum wandern bestand aus Früchten und zwei Sandwiches welche sehr gut gefüllt waren. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Mein Hund und ich hatten eine fantastische Woche in diesem schönen Hotel. Das Essen war stets sehr ansprechend angerichtet, das schmackhafte Quellwasser mit Minze, Ingwer, Zitrone usw. aromatisiert. Auf Sonderwünsche oder Unverträglichkeiten wurde sehr kreativ eingegangen. Der SPA ist sehr gut, ich habe meinen Anwendungen genossen. Auch die Kurse werden von den Trainern professionell angeleitet. Von der Panorama Außensauna lässt sich der Blick ins Tal genießen. Es gibt einen schön gestalteten Teeraum, in dem neben Tees und Wasser auch frisches Obst bereit steht. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich. Ich kam sehr erholt zurück und habe bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht - diesmal allerdings mit regulärer Kost ;)
