This hotel is located next to the Ohio Turnpike at the back edge of a shopping center. While getting to the hotel you pass two abandoned and overgrown motels. There is no place to eat within walking distance and the one person on bar/food was rather overwhelmed by six customers. When I entered my room it was open and the TV was on. I called the front desk. The towels in the bath were frayed. This is the second Courtyard I have stayed within the last six months that was very sub standard.

Underwhelming experience—not worth what paid for‼️ Room not made up once during 3 day stay; shower curtain too short so leaks; 2nd elevator out of order. I am a Marriott member since 1987 and this soured me on ever staying at this brand again. Everything was driven openly by profit and not care about the actual customer. Extremely disappointing; the walls are paper thin—you don’t have to turn on your tv. Removed the Bonvoy App from my phone. Goodbye Marriott‼️

We only had our towels changed 3 times and never had the trash removed or our bed done.

Our reservation with ******* added the breakfast fee auto added at the reservation time. Per hotel staff, the breakfast is ala crate, not included with the visit. Requested extended stay until 3 to 4 . pm, declined stating cleaning staff prefers to be done around 2 and therefore we were offered extended until 2pm. After the first night, we were told that their records indicate that we check out at 2 pm the day before our check out day. We ended up being given a new set of key cards because the original one were expiring the day before. The heating system was a hit or miss. The first night it stayed at the same temperature even with the change of the setting. We were asked to join membership however I am not sure if we would want to be members for this hotel. I hope it was only this location and not multiple other Marriott hotels.
