This hotel is a bit old and the environment is average. It is more convenient to transfer to Great Basin National Park. Breakfast is also okay. There are crepes and everything. The service is also good.

We have always been pleased with LaQuinta, but this time even more so. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrades since our last visit (pre-pandemic). The room was stunning - very clean and comfortable with a lot of options to sit, heat up food, etc. It was so great to have everything we needed. Thank you!

This is the best La Quinta Inn I've ever visited! The hotel, all around, is very clean, nice design and decor. The large lounge / breakfast area is a great spot to relax. The room itself was super clean, beds comfortable, hot water and great water pressure. I especially liked that there is a fitness center, equipped well enough for a decent work out.

This is a 'smoke free' hotel. Very clean. Towels are soft, beds are comfy. Pet friendly and so are they. Only complaint would be the air conditioner. The fan ran all night. Maybe uses error.

The hotel did not give off a good vibe. It’s old. I don’t think any maintenance has taken place since the hotel opened. When checking in multiple people can back to the desk saying their room cards wouldn’t work. The answer from staff was to swipe them 15-20 times. When we got to the room the air conditioning had been turned completely off. Room was hot and stuffy and took hours to cool down. The room was dark and drapes were ripped. I was traveling with my mom and I was embarrassed that I had reserved a room for us here. Lots of slamming doors to keep us awake Towels were white fluffy and new which was the only thing I liked about this place. Will not be back.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and rate was what I would expect. For a budget hotel, the complimentary breakfast was good enough. The hotel is conveniently next door to a local grocery store. FYI, this is a two-building hotel. The secondary building - the one that does not have the lobby located in it - is two stories and does not have an elevator. I do not know off-hand if the main building has an elevator, as I stayed in the secondary building.

Because it seems to be fully booked every night, the owners seem to have no motivation to maintain or upgrade the property. They do a tremendous amount of business with contractors and the mining industry and this seemingly guaranteed occupancy keeps them from working on the rooms or the hotel infrastructure. Our rooms had peeling wallpaper and a generally well-used look about the paint and furniture. It's disappointing, because it's really pretty expensive and it seems like the management/ownership would want to take some pride in the property, but they do not seem to.
