We had a wonderful time in Ely and enjoyed our stay at the Grand Ely Lodge. A pretty lively hotel even in the dead of winter, with a decent restaurant, friendly staff, and nice location close to town. The rooms was large and comfortable. Internet was fast and cable TV was extensive. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again during our next trip to Ely.

Nice stay in Ely
We had a wonderful time in Ely and enjoyed our stay at the Grand Ely Lodge. A pretty lively hotel even in the dead of winter, with a decent restaurant, friendly staff, and nice location close to town. The rooms was large and comfortable. Internet was fast and cable TV was extensive. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again during our next trip to Ely.

Not bad. It was a good sized room, the chairs weren't the most comfortable. My biggest complaint would be the plastic shower curtain and that the bathroom faucet is such that the water flow is only an inch or so from the sink wall, thus messaging hands together under the water involves smacking the sink side. The restaurant was pretty good and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again

We took our Girl Scout troop to this hotel when we were in Ely in July and the hotel was perfect for our group. We had so much fun. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Bed was average; dinner of the highly recommended roast beef and walleye were both tasteless, as was the wild rice - bland and overcooked.
