這個酒店的工作人員是非常非常熱情的，其實也在政的中心，我記得衹有六個房間，上樓梯時感覺不太好，也是沒有電梯，但是特別帥的那個帥哥會把你的行李幫你提上去，我住的是六號房間，感覺還是在小鎮，非常愜意的，這個小鎮有種世外桃源的感覺

Room was ok had a steak in the restaurant on the first night and had to ask for a steak knife as was not given one, on the second night i asked for lamb shank but they did not have any so i then asked for rack of ribs but then got told it would be a wait of 2 hours before they could cook them so had to have chicken as thats all they had.

The best thing I can say about this hotel was that it was well positioned and the free carpark was very near. Unfortunately there were many minuses. Our room had two very small windows; neither of which had any view and one had no way of blocking the light. The shower room was roomy but had no heating and there was nowhere to dry towels easily. There were numerous plastic plants in shower and bedroom. There was a general feel of being not quite clean throughout including a ceramic beaker on the sink containing water and slime. The television controller needed a good clean and there was an iron burn on the carpet. Tea tray was two mismatched cups filled with sachets and no teaspoons. All sachets had to be emptied on to desk in order to use cups.

Great location for our two night stay in Ely. Room was clean and comfortable and well priced. We ate in the restaurant on one night and our meals were a good standard (carvery roast). The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Happy to recommend 👍

Very Disappointing!
Very disappointed with room as there was a terrible smell of the drains coming from the bathroom. The breakfast is a joke as it starts very late at 8.30 am. We went in at 8.30 and were the only people in. The cooked breakfast eventually arrived at 9.30am! There were no other options i.e cereal or fruit. The hot beverages were charged as extras to the breakfast! We won't be going back!
