The hotel is well located but for its price it offers little. The room is adequate but it does not have a refrigerator or kettle like other Portuguese hotels, which is important since it also does not have a bar to have a drink or coffee. It only has one sushi bar that is almost always closed. The shower is small and has a half screen that causes inevitable puddles. Breakfast is nothing special either. Correct and that's it. Elvas is wonderful but I expected more from this hotel.

Starting with the reception team, who made our arrival/check-in simple and pleasant, the facilities very comfortable, the room super pleasant and clean, the bathroom impeccable and the view of the Elvas aqueduct TOP. The buffet breakfast, very diverse and with great products, the room team that does everything to make us feel at home and is always available to meet our requests is 5 stars. The best pool... The TOP location, 3 min. walk from the center of Elvas, 10 minutes from Badajoz and very close to other must-see spots. It has charging for electric vehicles.

Taking into account quality-price, it is a very good hotel. We stayed one night and it meets all the conditions to repeat again. It is old but the room (at least ours) was completely renovated. Minimalist and pleasant decoration. Huge bed. Large bathroom. Great shower jet. Well located. In front of a section of the aqueduct. Approximately 10 minutes to the historic area of Elvas. Public parking right in front. We parked without difficulty. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, they even gave us recommendations for restaurants and places of interest. They still have to finish cleaning up the exterior part of the hotel, which is old, and it's a shame because it's the first impression you get, and, from my point of view, remove the old carpet in the hallway...Otherwise, a good hotel .

El hotel está en la parte baja de la ciudad fortificada de Elvas, con lo cual hace falta andar unos 15 minutos para llegar al centro de la plaza de la República, el problema es que el pendiente es pronunciado. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero amplias. No hay armarios pero hay un sitio para colgar la ropa con estanterías, el baño está bien equipado y tienen piscina. El hotel está limpio y es tranquilo. Faltan enchufes en la habitación y no hay nevera. El desayuno buffet sí que es algo justo porque cada día es lo mismo y no hay mucha variedad.

This hotel allows pets, but does not allow animals to be in the pool area or the breakfast area (which I completely agree with), meaning the animals either stay in the room alone or go one at a time. have breakfast and take a dip in the pool. Suggestion... there should be an area in the pool area where the animal could be kept (obviously trapped and without bothering anyone) and as there are tables in the pool area for those who want to eat and smoke, being allowed in this same area, the possibility of taking the breakfast with the animal trapped.

Our room had two single beds, a wardobe with safe, portable luggage rack, writing desk and chair, reverse cycle A/C and small TV (with over 100 channels!). However, there was no fridge. The bathroom had a shower over the bath, hair dryer and bidet. Fortunately, our room overlooked the bridge and roads outside which provided great views. There did not seem to be any food outlets close to the hotel and a drive into town or dinner at the hotel (which we had) seem the only options. The only hot food at breakfast was scrambled eggs and small sausages, plus cereal and fruit. We only stayed the one night so are unable to effectively rate quality of service, etc.
