訂了一件雙床房，開門一個大行軍床放在中間，讓服務員搬走，服務員極其不願意，還讓我換房間，但後來還是搬走了。
然後又發現房間枕頭上都是土，就好像放在過馬路上，要求他過來換枕套，服務員説他忙不過來讓我換房間，結果讓我自己下樓換房間。
