Location: is good if you want to be out near the country and Yarra Valley.
Cleanliness: what one expects anywhere.
Service: reception is as expected and they did make the room between nights.
Facilities: It's not a holiday resort, so it doesn't really have anything: unless you like watching TV which has lots of free movies.

We only stayed for 1 night but we are impressed with the room. Studio type with very comfortable bed and clean room. The cost is worth it because of the excellent location. There are only 2 things: 1st is that the door in the shower wasn't properly closing, so water was escaping causing wet floor. 2nd was the box of tissue was not even half full. :( minor things but it can be improved :)

The room is fully equipped with electric stove and microwave for simple cooking. There is also a laundry room for guests to wash and dry clothes. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is poor and you can hear the residents in the neighboring rooms talking. Fortunately, the residents were considerate of each other and did not cause any noise.

Opposite this hotel is the big shopping mall Westfield, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel room is quite large and there is a terrace and cost-effective. The parking space is abundant and free, you can choose.

The room is clean and has a wide view. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and tastes good. The room can directly see the city center. There is a shopping mall and supermarket downstairs. The only drawback is that there is no laundry room.

The rooms are big enough and very clean, the facilities are simple, the requirements are not high, but the accommodation is okay, the environment is generally not soundproof, which makes people feel less secure.

The staff is very nice, I called to confirm it early on the day of check-in. When we checked in, because we had two children, we also upgraded the large suite for free. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is a small commercial center in several suburbs nearby. There is a small commercial street, but there are also shops that should be available, which is very convenient in Australia. There is a railway station in front of Mercy Hospital not far away, and the traffic is pretty good. To say that the fly in the ointment may be that the Wi-Fi network speed is not good and the number of connected devices is limited. This may be a common problem in Australia, and the hotel may be powerless.
