What a find! We knew from day one that we wanted to return again next year and our rooms are already booked thanks to Ritsa! A small but absolutely amazing team (who are always smiling and who can’t do enough for you!) staff the perfectly run adults only Elounda Heights hotel making it a peaceful, relaxing home from home! From comfortable well equipped rooms with spectacular views (and the best shower I have ever had in my room on a Greek holiday), a delicious breakfast menu which is served at tables in the bar area by the pool, a constant free supply of cold, purified water (so bring a refillable water bottle), fresh food available to order all day by the pool until 7pm, freshly laundered pool towels etc the list goes on! We met guests who return year after year to make the most of the serenity of the Elounda Heights Hotel and the vibrancy of the beautiful Elounda village which is just 5 minutes walk away down the hill (we didn’t ever walk back up but a taxi is around 6 euros)!

Hotel abbarbicato sulla collina di Elounda che gode di una vista semplicemente meravigliosa sulla baia di Spinalonga. Accoglienza familiare, amichevole. Le camere sono grandi e comode, ma un po' troppo semplici rispetto all'eccellente qualità dell'hotel: comunque non è un problema e probabilmente contribuisce a tenere i prezzi sotto controllo Piscina piccola ma piacevole e con un ottimo servizio bar. Ottimo ristorante, che è stata una vera e piacevolissima sorpresa: grande qualità e servizio di ottimo livello. Colazione fantastica. In sintesi, un bel mix tra una location di classe con un trattamento quasi familiare: prezzo più che onesto per quello che offre. Si sta così bene che dispiace andar via...

The amazing reviews given to Elounda Heights are fully justified. Attention to detail and standard of service provided by the owners and their team is excellent. We attended the wine tasting evening - very informative - delicious wines served with superb food.

I stayed at Elounda Heights with my daughter and we had such a lovely relaxing time. The studio we stayed in was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we both slept really well. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. You can really tell they care about making guests feel welcome. The views from the property are absolutely stunning – a perfect backdrop whether you're enjoying breakfast or just relaxing by the pool. The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. Elounda Heights is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. We had a truly relaxing stay and hoping to go back. Highly recommend!

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in just perfect! The staff are brilliant, the food is delicious and the hotel is very relaxing and comfortable. Stayed with my daughter we had such a lovely memorable time and we would stay again! Thankyou to everyone at the hotel. We could not find a fault we enjoyed every minute. Hope to go back sometime.

This was our first visit to Elounda Heights and I am sure it will not be our last. The owners and the staff are all so friendly and attentive and we received a lovely warm welcome. The food in both the bar and the restaurant is excellent, specials to order are available every day, breakfast was amazing with home made preserves and lots to choose from. The views from the apartments are breathtaking, the walk up the hill is a tad daunting but taxi's are readily available if you don't want to bother. The sunbeds were so comfortable and the background music around the pool area was brilliant. The apartment was pristine and there were lots of lovely complimentary toiletries which were replenished on a regular basis. Elounda Heights attracts many returning guests and I can see why, it has a lovely low key ambience perfectly suited to an adult only environment, there is no need to go anywhere outside of the apartments should you so wish as they have everything you could possibly want.
