Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen und fühlte mich sofort willkommen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, was meinen Urlaub noch angenehmer machte. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Spa – eine wahre Oase der Entspannung! Die Behandlungen waren hervorragend und die Atmosphäre einfach perfekt, um abzuschalten und sich verwöhnen zu lassen. Auch der Service im gesamten Hotel war erstklassig. Vom Restaurant bis zur Bar – alles war perfekt organisiert und das Personal stets hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung bietet zudem zahlreiche Aktivitäten. Von Bootsfahrten und Wassersport bis hin zu Ausflügen nach Spinalonga oder Erkundungstouren durch die wunderschöne Natur Kretas – es gibt so viel zu entdecken! Insgesamt ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, den ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Visited with my two daughters for a holiday. Disappointing stay. The hotel is very tired im not sure how old it is but the outside area and pool are very basic for a 5 star hotel. The outside eating areas are no better. The people working there are very nice as to the food. But this is not a 5 star hotel. Beach had lots of sunbeds which was where satayed most of the time with a small bar which saved the visit. Very steep climbs thought from the beach to the hotel. And very step footpaths to the apartments which were ok. Do not mistake this hotel to the more exclusive one at the top of the hill.

A beautiful property with great staff! I felt immediately welcomed! Everything was clean and if we had an issues they were solved immediately. I loved everything. I would like some more late night food options other than room service maybe having one of the restaurants open later.

Loved it! We went to Crete for the second time this summer and chose an all inclusive property for the first time. We live the food in every restaurant, so many options from Greek to Italian to Sushi!!! Beach was nice and staff super friendly, didn’t use the spa and gym was great for a morning workout, also had sessions with Pilates & yoga. Will be back for sure.

Relax and unwind
Great stay - staff were lovely and amazing. Food was really good and service first class.
We were not briefed that well at check in (we had a Suite) so would have liked to use the pool at the top of the resort which looks amazing. The one by reception is tired.
Sadly the water in our private pool was v cold but overall we will return but would want to stay near the top of the resort. It’s high - very high but has spectacular views.

Wir hatten eine Suite im Cool Living Bereich gebucht. Minibad ohne Duschabtrennung, unbequeme Betten, reine Nordlage und ziemlich feuchtes Raumklima (Betonbau). Ausserordentlich schlechtes Essen, total übersalzen oder verzuckert (sogar das Rührei/Omlett morgens), sehr schlechte Qualität der Zutaten, dünne Weine, wenig Service infolge weniger, allerdings sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter. Nach 2 Tagen 'All inklusive' haben wir 2 Wochen nur noch außerhalb gegessen. Pools im Cool Living-Bereich sind schön, mit toller Aussicht, aber nur für die Gäste der Suiten zugänglich. Es gibt dort zuwenige, ziemlich unbequeme Sonnenliegen. Viele stehen, für Oktober ungünstig, im Schatten. Und leider wird das ganztägige Handtuch-Reservieren möglichst lange vor dem Frühstück nicht verhindert. Alles in Allem: Der alte Hilton würde sich schämen! Nie wieder!!!
