We stayed in a 2 bedroom with one bathroom. Upon checkin we reported the toilet was not working. Next morning we were told it was fixed by maintenance. That evening when back from a day out; it was still not working and we had to endure another night without a working toilet in our room. The next morning it was finally fixed. For 2 nights out of our 3, we had to rely on the one bathroom in the foyer of the hotel. I was advised by management that our account would be adjusted accordingly however when checking out I was charged a full amount and the clerk at the desk knew nothing about the issues and became aggressive when I requested for a manager. I was told a manager would contact me by that evening, which never happened. I then reached out again and was told the same story and a week later, still no contact from the hotel. This is one hotel I will not be staying at again!

needs maintenance Staff was friendly and very helpful. Facility was relatively clean and quiet. Room had clearly been smoked in, in fact a sealed window had been opened to air it out. Toilet ran constantly, which is silly because that's an easy fix, just needed a new flapper. Peeling paint in bathroom, and the exhaust fan was dead. With some better maintenance this would have been a nicer stay.
