The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but this place is a dump. You have to park in a sketchy parking garage with a stairwell that smells like people have been using it as a urinal for generations.
I’m so unpicky about most things.. I was ok with the no frills room.. the badly stained floor mat in the bathroom wasn’t great, but I flipped it over.. just to reveal much worse stains on the other side. Had to inspect each towel carefully before using, and while brushing my teeth, a bug ran up the wall next to my face.
If I had booked a $60 a night motel I’d have expected this, but this was over $200.
There were a number of “characters” around the parking lot. I’d suggest 1) ideally, don’t stay here or 2) don’t arrive late at night

Auf den ersten Blick schien die Unterkunft ordentlich zu sein und das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Allerdings mussten wir gleich am ersten Tag feststellen, dass im Küchenbereich Insekten waren, die sich dann als Kakerlaken herausstellten. Desweiteren musste der Kühlschrank wegen unerträglicher Geräusche ausgetauscht werden.
