The hotel was fine but the staff was not really kind or helpful. When making my reservations, I had asked that the two rooms I booked be placed together. I was told they could make this happen but could not guarantee. I called again a few hours before we arrived and, again, reiterated that I wanted the rooms close together. When we arrived, the rooms were on totally opposite ends of the building and on different floors: they were the farthest apart that they could be in the building. We explained that we wanted the rooms closer together and they wouldn’t do anything about it because they said all rooms were occupied. Though it was clear there were vacant rooms as the windows were open. We checked in at 11pm, so if the rooms were vacant then I’m not sure why we couldn’t be moved. The front desk person was really rude and just would not explain why we couldn’t be moved. It was extremely frustrating and irritating. Having said that the room itself was fine.

Check-in was a complete disaster on Saturday, 6/21/25. Our reservation paperwork was mistakenly signed by someone else, and our deluxe room was given away. We were then placed in a room that had been blocked off due to maintenance issues. At checkout, I was assured that management would follow up regarding the price difference between the deluxe room we had reserved and the downgraded room we were given—but no one ever contacted me. We also received no compensation for the inconvenience or the delayed check-in. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again.
