No hot water
No hot water, room had almost no outlets, the bedside lamps didn't work right and the AC only worked occasionally.

I booked online and it took 1/2 hour before the hotel received the reservation. The hotel is old, not updated, not kept up.

We checked in at around 9 pm, not a sole in site. So I called the number on the sign and the lady told me to a certain room key. I never saw a person at all. The lady on the phone was friendly. No ice machine or coffee..

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Yes, it's a budget friendly hotel so don't expect a room like the Hilton. If your looking for those amenities, about 16 miles east is Kearney with newer & more expensive properties.Sure the building could use some repairs, but you get a clean & comfortable room. Some of the fixtures are on the older side, so again your staying at a budget friendly hotel. Free Wi-Fi and friendly owners, with complimentary coffee in the morning. Easy on/off from the interstate and a truck stop right next door, surprisingly quiet at night.

front desk looked nice & clean, but it stops there!!!
got to our room, piles of bird droppings on the walkway outside of our room, we got in as like we always do check the sheets & mattresses, & bugs started running out!!!!!!!
went to the front desk, and informed them of this, and he asked if i wanted new sheets? i asked him what good would that do??????
i told him that me & my other traveling family would be leaving!!!!!!!!!!!!

The gentleman managing the front desk and customer relations with kind, professional, and extremely helpful. Although this is an older hotel that needs a little TLC all I needed was a warm shower in a comfortable bed. In the bonus was the gentleman at the front.

We decided to go a little farthur so we booked for 1st time. We just wanted to get in. Go to bed and wake up and go. It was clean but no vending, no ice, not even a bucket. Told to go to Truck Stop and buy my own ice. More expencive than our unual Super 8 Ogalalla, NB. Next to truck stop noisy with trucks going buy all night. Lot of construction workers staying long term to work on road. Outside making noise drinking and having a good time. I like a good time but we were there to sleep and go early.
