In fact, the Sebcity hotel has a very good price-performance ratio: Our room was contemporary and worthy of furnishings and clean. The room climate and mattresses offered good sleep quality. The noise control was acceptable. Breakfast was at least 4-Sterne-Qualitat and offered tasty ingredients. In fact ... but unfortunately we have to take a 1 star under the line: The homepage of the hotel is that breakfast can be taken on weekend after agreement outside the usual time from 8 to 10 a.m. The hotel, by email before booking, has promised us to take breakfast at 7:00. We may notice this agreement when we arrive. The possibility of taking breakfast earlier was a key reason for our reservation in this hotel. However, at the arrival we were informed that breakfast before 8:00 was not possible, according to the reason that preparation was too expensive at that time. The hotel was not ready to meet, even after the e-mail with which it had promised breakfast for 7:00. Only after the negotiation, the hotel was ready to prepare breakfast at least for 7.30 clock in the sense of a compromise. A excuse for not performing the agreed performance was received a few hours later in the form of a cold alcoholic drink. This excuse attempt does not result in a deduction of two evaluation stars, but only one. We would have preferred that the hotel had simply performed the agreed performance, because it was an essential part of the contract basis.
