Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ich habe meinen Geburtstag in Ellmau gefeiert, ich wurde beim Frühstück schon mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit empfangen. Danke nochmal für alles. Es wird wohl nicht das letztes Mal sein das wir bei euch waren.

This our 3rd visit to Ellmau and the 3rd time in the Claudia which is now called the Flora. This was our 1st week of a 2 week 2 centre holiday which we booked with Inghams. As before we had a wonderful week, all the staff provided an excellent service. We stayed in a large room with comfy bed. Lovely breakfasts in the Flora and dinner in the main hotel The Hochfilzer which is just a very short walk away. Even though we've been here before, we're glad we came back and even spent a short time with the Rep on the Sunday morning and learnt a few more things about the village and we can travel even further for free with the Wilder Kaiser guest card. Well done Ingrid for running everything. To Lukas and his team for our wonderful breakfasts. To Goran and the bar staff for our evening meals. The the kitchen staff for varied and interesting dinners. Not forgetting our 'room fairy' for keeping our room clean & tidy. Yes, one day we'll be back.

A massive thank you to Ingrid and Michael for making us feel at home on another lovely week in beautiful Ellmau. The Claudia offers beautiful views and the best Tyrolean hospitality you could wish for. Breakfast is always served with a smile ,plenty of choice, fresh ingredients ,Warm bread and rolls. Lukas and Micheal always help with any advice of places to go or visit with a smile. The whole breakfast team you can not fault in any way sladi and our wonderful Peter are so efficient giving 100 percent every day, thank you. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff could not do more. In the present climate it is important and we always feel safe and clean in the rooms. Our evening meals were taken at the hotel, The meals were Delicious with plenty of choice and excellent service. Thank you Andrea for your help in the dinning area. The bar staff are out of this world always great service. Thank you so much. Normally when leaving a holiday I’m ready to go home, I was sad to leave , this pension is the best you will find, clean, friendly , helpful ,kind. Can’t wait to return.

Another great stay in this wonderful place! Rooms are spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff are friendly and help with requests wherever they can. Staff are always warm and welcoming which brings the guests together. Breakfast service is the best, Ingrid's and her team provide plenty of choice and Ingrid’s granola is the best!! Micheal , Lukas, sladi and Peter are always efficient and service with a smile. Simply the best team you could dream of, we can’t thank you enough. Our dinner was taken at the hotel where we received first class service. A great choice of menu, delicious options and variety of main course and deserts and the starter salad buffet is amain The bar staff boys are out of this world and you would have to walk a long way to find better. As a group, we loved that the table water is provided free of charge and we could make a donation to a water charity in a box left on our dinning table. We look forward to returning to our lovely tyrol pension next year! What a wonderful team. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

After missing the last 2 years on the slopes of Ellmau due to Covid, it was fantastic to finally get back to Pension Claudia and the amazing owners and staff. They genuinely make you feel as though you are the only guests in the accommodation and it was wonderful to see them again and experience their unique style of looking after you. Again, the same large party across 4 rooms, all accomodated together for breakfast at the Pension and again for dinner in the Hotel Hochfilzer 5 mins away. Ingrid and Michael deliver an amazing home made breakfast with organic, local produce which Ingrid will happily give you the recipe for.. as long as you can get your hands on local organic Alpine produce at home ;-) A great big thank you to all the team at Pension Claudia - Ingrid, Michael, Lukas, Peter, Sladi, Isuru and Ana.. we love coming here and have already booked to return in 2024. We are all looking forward to seeing the planned renovations when we come back to "Flora". Many thanks again x

From the minute I arrived I felt right at home in the friendly environment created by Ingrid, Michael and their excellent team. At the Alpenpension Claudia, the location is absolutely perfect for access to the slopes with a tranquil post day in the mountain sunset (even in high ski season) enjoyed in the beautiful front garden every day. The hotel & rooms are neat & clean with an excellent breakfast buffet prepared every morning. I will be back as soon as I can.

Im Oktober 2021 waren wir zum erstmals in der Alpenpension Claudia und hatten das Zimmer Großer Kaiser und waren wirklich begeistert davon. Wegen der positiven Erfahrungen hatten wir uns nun nochmals dazu entschlossen in der Pension Claudia, Großer Kaiser , unseren Herbsturlaub zu verbringen, die Buchung erfolgte im Dezember 2021!! Leider wurden wir nicht in dem von uns gebuchten Zimmer untergebracht, altes teil-renoviertes Zimmer mit Uralt Badewannen, abplatzer, alter Dusche und Handtücher durch die man durchsehen konnte. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht und können die Alpenpension Claudia nicht mehr weiter empfehlen. Der Service war OK und alle waren bemüht.
