This was our second visit in 2 years. Wonderful hotel, right on the slopes. If you're hiring your equipment, you can have skis delivered and collected to your personal locker in the hotel boot room and obviously the hotel can also provide you with a lift pass directly. Friendly staff, some very nice individually styled rooms and a great rooftop infinity pool (as well as a second indoor pool) as part of a wonderful spa setup. 24 hour access to the gym (the only thing missing is a cross trainer) and underground parking. The meals were a delight, if there was room after the afternoon tea, and Kristian took great care of us each night in the restaurant.

Und wieder war’s wunderschön im Kaiserhof, den vorherigen Bewertungen gibt es kaum etwas hinzufügen. Ganz hervorragender liebevoller Service, wunderbare Kulinarik und das luxuriöse Zimmer und der Pool!! Das Wetter hat zum Glück auch mitgespielt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und es uns gut gehen lassen. Bis ganz bald liebe Familie Lampert!

Wir kommen seit Jahren schon in den Kaiserhof! Natürlich lassen die fantastische Lage, die tollen, sehr luxuriösen Zimmer, der großzügige Spa-Bereich, das unglaublich leckere Essen usw. schon gar keine Wünsche offen. Aber das ist nüchtern betrachtet bei einem fünf Sterne S Hotel vielleicht erwartbar. Was dieses Hotel so viel wertvoller und herausragender macht, sind die Menschen, die dort arbeiten. Dieses Hotel ist ein Herzensprojekt! Und alle Gäste sind Teil davon! Wie schön, dass wir es auch sind!

Wieder ein wundervoller Aufenthalt im Kaiserhof! Von der herzlichen Begrüßung über das sehr schöne Zimmer, den Pool, den Ausblick und das exzellente Essen war alles perfekt. Highlights: 1. Kulinarik: Das 7-Gänge-Menü am Silvesterabend war hervorragend! Zuvor gab es einen Sektempfang mit Flying Buffet und nach dem großen Feuerwerk noch ein Mitternachtsbuffet. Auch an den anderen Abenden gab ein wunderbares Essen, besonders das Dessertbuffet hat mich begeistert. Frühstück und Mittagsjause sind auch wunderbar, besonders noch dazu die á la carte Auswahl. 2. Zimmer (Bernstein Wilder Kaiser): Vom Bett wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Viel Platz, ein bequemes Sofa und ein modernes großes Badezimmer. 3. Pool & Spa: Der Unlimited Mountain Pool mit beeindruckendem Ausblick auf den Wilden Kaiser ist immer wieder schön. Im Spa habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank an Familie Lampert und ihr wundervolles Team!

Ein wunderbares Hotel abseits des Trubels mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Chefin dieses familiengeführten 5Sterne Hotels begrüßte uns gleich am ersten Abend sehr nett und wir hatten ein anregendes Gespräch. Sie führt das Hotel zusammen mit ihrem Mann und Tochter mit viel Herz. Essen vorzüglich. Abends mitunter nette Musikbegleitung durch einheimische Musiker.

Schon nach kurzer Zeit war ich zurück im Kaiserhof und wieder begeistert! Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute super Service und ganz viel Herzlichkeit. Meine Suite Bernstein Wilder Kaiser war perfekt mit viel Platz und wunderschönem Ausblick. Das Essen ist vom Frühstück über das Mittagsbuffet bis zum Abendessen hervorragend. Besonders die süßen Sachen sind genau meins! Der wunderschöne Pool mit Traumausblick ist mein Lieblingsplatz. Ein Anruf genügt und man bekommt ein Getränk serviert. Wirklich optimal! Und im Spa habe ich es sehr genossen, sowohl Massage als auch Kosmetik waren super entspannend. Bis zum nächsten Mal!
