We arrived a little before official check-in time, but we could check in anyway. The front desk staff was amicable and helpful. Upon making our way to our room, it had not been cleaned well before our arrival. My wife called the front desk, and they were very nice about it. We were given another room, clean, and the air conditioning was set to a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was good, but the juice machine was not functioning correctly. The temperature in the breakfast area was hot and not very comfortable while eating.

The rooms were very clean. The Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Pool area was very clean. The Lobby area smelled very clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect area. Has restaurants and stores close by and right off the highway

We had 24 people from around the country fly in for Electrical Sfty training and the conference center we paid for set us up for the wrong days. Ceir, Gene and the crew at Marriott's Courtyard Midlothian stepped up to save our day. In under an hour we went from people milling around in a parking lot, to people sitting down in a meeting room for their training. I cannot compliment the response, professionalism and helpful attitudes enough. They changed what could have been a disaster into a minor inconvenience and the training is happening as I write this.
