Nice, clean, friendly inexpensive hotel. I would definitely recommend it. Conveniently located off highway and near restaurants and other businesses. Nice clean room, good tv, comfortable bed, good shower, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave in room.

Great service. Great price. Convenient location right off the freeway. Front desk was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. Not gourmet but I was satisfied. Rooms were clean. Lots of hot water when taking a shower. Overall a good experience

Luv this place, 1rst of 2 nights and everything is Perfect ..From a clean room, comfortable bed, coffee station, exercise room, exellent breakfast...This is certainly a 5star hotel..I'll certainly return when I come back to this area. Certainly a very comfortable place to stay

We booked 3 nights at the Quality Inn Falconer in Jamestown. On the third night the glass that was part of the sliding door shattered while opening it from the outside. The staff did not clean up any of the glass that fell onto the floor. I was told I can sleep in the room with the door open or leave. They said there were no rooms available but online you could book a room. Nobody contacted me to discuss anything. I finally got a hold of the manager 3 days later. Still nothing has been done. I am getting charged for the glass. I have witnesses and pictures. I have contacted the owner and Choice hotels without a response. For hospitality to treat a customer like this is unacceptable.

Rooms were great for a group guys on a fishing trip. The staff was very helpful with parking our boats. There is coffee and breakfast in the morning. Beds were comfortable and heater/air-conditioning worked great. It's 5 minutes from lake Chautauqua.

Stayed there for a family reunion held at longpointe state park. It was fine! a full breakfast help yourself style was good too. would stay there again if necessary. The staff was very nice! Nice place to stay in you are passing through. Don't know what else to say!

Cockroach was in bathroom. Clerk. Clerk Joey Refused to to give bath towel unless I return the dirty ones. Door bolt would not lock upon leaving the room. Manager brandy and other employee help me to lock it at different occasions. Manager brandy told me, she will have handy man look at it next day. Never happened during my 3 night Stay.

The check in was easy. It’s a small town and there’s not much there, so it’s probably the best hotel you will find. Breakfast was good, shower was hot and strong and the bed was comfy. The area is quiet - a lot of boaters stay there. I actually stayed twice and would go back.

Stayed here for one night on a road trip. Had a couple issues with the first room we were issued. One issue turned out to be a silly mistake on our part, but the second issue was rectified properly by the manager on duty. If memory serves, her name was ?Brandy? (she had a ponytail) and was super cool about everything. Room was about what one can expect for a hotel at that price point and breakfast was fine. No major issues with the lodging and staff is excellent.
