Positive: quiet location, farm for small (city) children, some of the staff, very good cake. Negative: spartanly furnished rooms, no breakfast buffet, you are not informed that there is an a la carte breakfast, which deserves the term "breakfast" and is better than the hotel breakfast. Too few and then overwhelmed staff. Old cobwebs in the toilet.
