Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Ellensburg

We checked in for our stay got to our room and were greeted with bugs on one of the beds we took pics and video and went back to the front desk they said best they could do was a room change so we moved rooms. We picked this place to stay for the indoor pool and the breakfast. We couldn't use the pool as it was ice cold no one could even get in past placing a foot in. The place is so very run down and hasn't been updated I don't think ever. The pictures on the sites look nothing like how it is. Kids said it was like living out a horror movie walking down the hallways. The breakfast was the biggest joke of all. Nothing at all stocked. But the cereal and it was so stale we threw it away. So many games with little kids came down walked through to see what there was/ wasn't and left they put out some more waffle mix but was no butter peanut butter syrup.....no milk for the cereal we took our own from our room. But when I asked the guy at the counter about stocking anything he was all upset and said we'll Sh$% I'll see if I can find some milk and never did find any. There was still 40 mins left of breakfast at this time. Literally 1 white and 1 wheat slice of bread and 1 shriveled up rotten orange on the fruit rack. That was the breakfast that was included. Definatly not letting any friends or family stay here don't do it.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and the lobby is nice, the pool was not swimmable, despite being open, and the rooms and hallway are very old and need refreshing. things appear to be clean however need desperately to be updated, walking down to the pool was scary maze, drywall hallways, and untended court yards.

Staff was not really on top of things. They were nice but it took 10-15 min to check in… not really computer savy. No soap in room. Bed and as very nice

Everything was great minus the pool not being in service. Which is why we wanted to stay there. It’s a real bummer for the kids.

Reserved a room that had 3 beds. Unit was already occupied. Management accomodated with a roll-away bed and a hide-a-bed, in addition to a king bed. All 3 of us got a great night's sleep! Staff went above and beyond!

Needs to be updated. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors and every single noise in the hall. So hard to sleep and the beds were uncomfortable.
